Robert E. "Bob" Cooke, 75, passed away Nov. 14, 2013, at OSU Medical Center, Columbus.

He was born March 12, 1938, in Berkshire, to Carlton and Nola (Daniels) Cooke. He married his wife of nearly 57 years, Patricia A. "Pat" Heineman on Dec. 24, 1956. She survives in Delaware.

Also surviving are his children, Dianne Cooke, Marion, Debbie (Mick) Coleman, Arizona, Vicki Wise, Ostrander, Robert Jr. (Judy) Cooke, Florida; Randi Cooke, Delaware, Cheryl (Brian) Hogenkamp, Coldwater, Cindi (Jerry) Post, Orient, Sandi (Shane) Smith, South Carolina, Chris (Lisa) Cooke, Delaware, Greg Cooke, Tennessee, and Corey (Mindy) Cooke, Delaware; 23 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild; two brothers, Bill (Angie) Cooke and Dick Cooke; and a sister, Debra Lou Cimino.

He was preceded in death by one grandchild and a sister, Pam Dart.

He attended Willis High School, Delaware, and graduated from American School. He worked for many years at Kroger in Delaware and retired from Food World in Columbus. He was a member of Warrensburg United Methodist Church and Delaware Eagles #376. He was a long-time supporter and volunteer with the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and 4-H programs.

Services were held Nov. 18 at Snyder-Rodman Funeral Center, Delaware, with burial in Oak Grove Cemetery, Delaware.
