* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Louis Quinter
Louis J. "Louie" Quinter, 93, Celina, died Nov. 13, 2013, at the Gardens of Celina.
He was born March 6, 1920, in Burkettsville to Adam and Matilda Hemmert Quinter. On Dec. 30, 1950, he married Alice Gerdeman, who she survives in Celina.
Also surviving are three children, Jane (Del) Kramer, Ann (Terry) Muter and Mark (Kay) Quinter, all of Celina; four grandchildren, Aaron and Sean Kramer, Darren and Kristal Quinter and Abby Quinter; four great-grandchildren, Carrie and Cole Kramer and Addison and Braelyn Quinter; in-laws and spouses, Marie (Bill) Swick, Delphos, Bernard (Marie) Gerdeman, Ottoville, Marty Gerdeman, Ottoville, Dorothy (Eldon) Lamy, Cincinnati, Jane Fairfax, Dayton, Joan (Bob) Ricker, Delphos and Mary Ellen Gerdeman, Delphos.
Deceased are a daughter, Kathy Quinter; siblings and spouses, Herman (Frederica) Quinter, Irenus "Mike" (Delphina) Quinter, Hilda Quinter, Marie Jutte, Marcella (Henry) Stelzer, Malinda (Clarence) Schlarman and Boneta "Susie" Quinter; and in-laws and spouses, Roseann (Harold) Frederich, Lenore Gerdeman, Eugene Gerdeman and William Fairfax.
He worked at Goodyear Tire and Rubber in St. Marys from 1945 to 1985, Quinter Well Drilling in Burkettsville and part-time for The Daily Standard in Celina. He was a veteran of the U.S.Navy serving during WWII. He was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Celina; Celina Knights of Columbus, Celina American Legion and Veterans of Foreign Wars Posts and the Celina Moose Lodge. He loved gardening, hunting, fishing, bowling and card playing.
Funeral Mass is 10 a.m. Saturday, at Immaculate Conception Church. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Marys Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Friday and 8:30-9:30 a.m. Saturday at the Lehman Hogenkamp Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina.
Memorials may be made to State of the Heart Hospice, Coldwater.
