* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marion Local volleyball coach Amy Steininger, left, shakes the hand of Versailles volleyball coach Karla Frilling after the teams had a combined workout/scrimmage on Monday evening at The Hangar in Maria Stein. Frilling, a former Marion Local player and assistant coach under Steininger, has guided the Tigers to the Division III state semifinals, which begins Friday. Steininger has led Marion Local to the Division IV state semifinals Thursday.
