* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Work on the East Market Street project continues on schedule in Celina, with crews installing a new water main one block at a time. Shinn Bros. Inc. of Celina was awarded the $1.34 million contract. Depending on the weather, work will continue eastward to Enterprise Street through the winter and should be done this spring, when ODOT will pave the street.
