* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norman Thiebeau
Norman R. Thiebeau, 73, St. Marys, died at 9:20 a.m. Oct. 10, 2013, at St. Marys Living Center.
He was born Nov. 13, 1939, in Versailles, to Robert and Druscilla Berger Thiebeau. On Nov. 27, 1959, he married Dorothy Rhodes in Tazwell, Tenn., and she died July 28, 2008.
Survivors include a son, Richard (Mindy) Thiebeau, St. Marys; three grandchildren, Shannon, Casey and Spencer Thiebeau; and two sisters, Connie Highley, Del Rio, Texas, and Darlene Kruse, Vandalia.
He was preceded in death by an infant son, Delbert Thiebeau.
He was a 1957 graduate of Blume High School, Wapakoneta. A veteran of the United States Navy, he served aboard the USS Saratoga. He retired from Parker-Hannifin Corp. in St. Marys, where he worked as a set-up technician. He was a member of the St. Marys Missionary Baptist Church. His favorite pastimes were fishing and gardening.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Marys Missionary Baptist Church. the Revs. Perry Mason and Alva Joe Daniel co-officiating. Burial, with full graveside military honors, will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys.
Memorial contributions may be made to the building fund of the church.
