* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Lewis Meeker
Lewis G. Meeker, 57, St. Marys, died Sept. 30, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Dec. 3, 1956, in Lima, to Lewis B. and Thelma Figley Meeker.
Surviving are his son, Joshua Meeker, St. Marys; two granddaughters, Reanna Meeker and Tayla Meeker; two brothers, Shane Meeker, Tulsa, Okla., and Shawn (Peg) Meeker, St. Marys; a sister, Kay (Bruce) Menchofer, St. Marys; numerous nieces; and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Lewis was a 1975 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. Prior to becoming disabled, he worked as a production employee for Trim Trends Corp. in Spencerville; Dannon Co., Inc. in Minster; and Strick Corp. in Monroe, Ind. His pastimes included fishing and mowing his lawn. Above all, he enjoyed spending time with his granddaughters.
Funeral rites are 4 p.m. Friday at Miller Funeral Home, West Chapel, St. Marys. A private family burial will take place at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
