* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donna Bailey
Donna Marie Bailey, 59, Celina, passed away Sept. 30, 2013, at her residence.
She was born Dec. 31, 1953, in Caribou, Maine, to Delmer Tracy and Beatrice Hardgrove Nadeau.
On July 26, 1996, she married Charles Bailey, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are her four daughters, Pauletta Bricker, Minster, Mary Ann (Danny) Maggiore, North Branford, Conn., Nicole Ferraiolo, Fort Wayne, Ind., and Danielle Sanning, Austin, Minn.; 12 grandchildren; and siblings, Delmer (Pat) Tracy, Fayetteville, N.C., Dave (Jane) Tracy, Branford, Conn., Paul Tracy, Florida, Elizabeth (Ken) Laux, Bryant, Ind., and Randy (Denise) Tracy, Gaskill, Pa.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Josephine Beisler.
She had worked as a supervisor for a cleaning company and held various jobs as a factory worker in the area.
Funeral services are 11:30 a.m. Monday at W.H. Dick and Sons-Hellwarth Funeral Home, Celina, Fr. Larry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens, Celina.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 10:30 a.m. until time of services Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial donations may be given to Grand Lake Hospice, St. Marys.
