* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Beverly Saylor
Beverly A. Saylor, 68, Van Wert, died at 9:27 a.m. Sept. 26, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center in Lima.
She was born May 29, 1945, in Van Wert to Gerald W. and Lydia L. Hennis Schnepp.
Surviving are her step-children, Brad (Kim) Saylor, Van Wert, Lori (Kent) Klinger, Fort Jennings, and Tammy (Jeff "Boone") Hartman, Ohio City; stepgrandchildren, Adam and Kelsey Saylor, Tabitha Hartman and Gregory and Justin Klinger; and a stepgreat-grandchild, Arieanna L. Hartman.
Deceased are her parents; a brother, Donald E. Schnepp; and a stepgrandchild, Toby Tate.
Beverly retired after 41 years at Teleflex, Van Wert. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Van Wert. She bowled for more than 30 years, loved to camp and was an avid fan of the Ohio State Buckeyes and Cincinnati Bengals.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Monday at Alspach-Gearhart Funeral Home, Van Wert, the Rev. Hal Shaffer officiating. Burial will be at Woodland Cemetery, Van Wert.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to St. Rita's Medical Center Coronary Care Unit, Lima.
