Livestock grand, reserve champions sell at auction

Noelle Schmitt, daughter of Pat and Karen Schmitt, exhibited the reserve grand champion pen of market turkeys. She is a member of the Mendon Blue Ribbon 4-H Club. The turkeys were purchased for $600 by Mercer County commissioners John E. Bruns and Rick Muhlenkamp, Judge Mary Pat and Tom Zitter, Mercer County Auditor Randy Grapner, Mercer County Treasurer Dave Kaiser, Mercer County Recorder Angie King and Mercer County Engineer Jim Wiechart.
