* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Paul Johnides
Paul M. Johnides, 87, passed away peacefully at 2 a.m. Aug. 15, 2013, at the Miller House in Celina. Paul is from Wooster, Ohio where he lived most of his life. He recently moved to Celina to be with his family.
He was born Aug. 23, 1925, in Yorkville to George and Ruth Briggs Johnides. He married Donalee Sue Arnette, who died Aug. 6, 2013.
Survivors include his son and daughters-in-law, Jeff (Jenny) Johnides of Celina, and Caroll Johnides of Carmel, Ind.; four grandchildren, Paul (Kristen) Johnides of Noblesville, Ind., Jami (Zach) Priddy of Wake Forest, N.C., Holli (Dr. J Ellis) of Lima and Ali Johnides of Celina; five great-grandchildren; brother and sister-in-law, George (Betty) Johnides of Monticello, Ky.; and a sister, Sarah Sommers of Orrville.
Deceased are a son, John Johnides, and a brother-in-law, Darrell Sommers.
He attended Orrville High School and was a retired brick mason. He served his country in the U.S. Navy during World War II as a proud member of the United States PT Boat Fleet.
Private family interment will be held at a later date in Wooster Cemetery.
Memorial donations may be given to the Miller House in Celina.
