* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Donald Wagner
Donald L. Wagner, 83, Celina, died at 3:15 a.m. Aug. 11, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Jan. 1, 1930, in Delphos to George Patrick and Lucille Kirshner Wagner. On Jan. 2, 1960, at St. Aloysius Catholic Church in Carthagena, he married Roberta A. Huber, who survives.
Also surviving are four daughters, Corinna Reynolds of Lima, Mary (Arturo) Arce-Flores of Celina, Tammy Arnold of St. Marys and Ann Ahrns of Celina; two sons, Elmer (Linda) Wagner of Celina and Gary Wagner of St. Marys; 24 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and two brothers, Roger (Rose) Wagner of Van Wert and Ronnie (Waldine) Brenneman of Montpelier.
Deceased are his parents; a daughter, Vicki Golden; two sisters, Patty Wagner and Betty Allen; a brother, Elmer Wagner; a son-in-law, Homer Reynolds; and a daughter-in-law, Cathy Wagner.
He was a graduate of Delphos St. John's High School, and a veteran of the United States Air Force, having served during the Korean Conflict. He was a retired production employee from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Co. in St. Marys. He was also a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, American Legion Post #323 (life member) and VFW Post #9289 (life member and past post commander) both in St. Marys, URW Local #200, and Military Order of Cooties Voiture 40 et 8.
His favorite pastimes included bowling, playing cards and fishing. He also served as a scoutmaster for the Webelos.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home (314 W. High Street Chapel) in St. Marys, the Rev. Kenneth Alt officiating. Military honors will be conducted following services. Private family burial will take place at Gethsemane Cemetery in St. Marys.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home on High Street.
Memorial donations may be given to Community Health Professionals in Celina.
