* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Baird Krueger
Baird A. Krueger, 82, Granville, died July 26, 2013, at Kindred Care Center in Newark.
He was born July 18, 1931, in Wheeling, W.Va. to Alfred and Katherine Baird Krueger. His wife of 53 years, Norma Krueger, survives.
Also surviving are his daughters, Kathryn Jenkins of Granville and Kristine Krueger and Tim Slarb of Newark; grandchildren, Sarah and Noah Jenkins and their father, Brian; a sister, Alberta (Paul) Braun of Coldwater; a stepbrother, Jack Basinger of Wheeling, W.Va.; and a cousin, Carolyn Davis of Wheeling, W.Va.
He was a former superintendent of the Licking County Board of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities, former principal of the McKean School, a former teacher at St. Anthony's Elementary School in Coldwater and Favorite Hill Elementary School in Piqua. He also had served as a consultant to the Department of Mental Retardation and Developmental Disabilities, and had taught special education at The Ohio State University and Ohio University. He was a former employee of Rockwell International, Community Mutual Insurance and Denison University.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10 a.m. Thursday at The Church of St. Edward the Confessor in Granville, Msgr. Paul P. Enke celebrant. Burial will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Granville.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of St. Edward the Confessor.
