Event runs smoothly, crowds good, organizer says
CELINA - The 2013 Lake Festival was well-attended and deemed a success by co-chairwoman Michelle Emerine.
Crowds were consistent, if not better, than previous years, and everything during the annual three-day event went smoothly, according to interim police chief Cal Freeman.
LIMA - Needing a win to secure the fifth seed for the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate League tournament, Grand Lake was hoping its success this season against rival Lima would continue in Sunday's regular-season finale at Simmons Field.
