* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ward Horner
Ward D. Horner, 75, St. Marys, died at 8:10 p.m. July 22, 2013, at his residence.
He was born April 16, 1938, in Tipton, Ind., to Ward and Mary K. Richardson Horner.
Survivors include three sons, Aaron Horner of St. Marys, Alan Horner of St. Marys and Andrew Horner of St. Marys; a daughter, Ann Wilker of Van Wert; two brothers, Billy Joe (Evelyn) Stephenson of Spencerville and David Arthur Horner of Van Wert; two sisters, Susan Jane Tomberlin of St. Marys and Mary Lou Roby of St. Marys; a sister-in-law, Evelyn Schultz-Horner of St. Marys; and seven grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son, Kevin Horner, a brother, John Horner, and a sister, Jana Taylor.
He was a 1957 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School, and retired from the Parker-Hannifin Corp. in St. Marys, where he had worked in the maintenance department. He was a member of Eagles Lodge Aerie #767 in St. Marys. His favorite pastimes included fishing, hunting and playing cards.
Services are 2 p.m. Thursday at Miller Funeral Home West Chapel, St. Marys, the Rev. Judy Baker officiating.
Calling is 11 a.m.-2 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
