* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clay Shaner
Clay Jay Shaner Jr., 95, died at 11:55 a.m. July 16, 2013, at Golden Living Valley in St. Marys.
He was born May 5, 1918, in Celina, to Henry Clay Shaner and Bessie Pearl Miller Shaner.
He is survived by a daughter, Barbara Ann (Phillip) Cramer of Ottawa; a son, Tyrone Clay (Carol M.) Shaner of Celina; a sister, Virginia L. Brehm of Celina; a brother, Vilas Leon (Laurie) Shaner of Celina; a grandchild, Michael A. (Pam) Cramer; three stepgrandchildren, Gerald W. (Jen) Rutledge of York, Pa., John Rutledge of Lima and Darren (Sandra) Rutledge of Cincinnati.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Boyd L. Shaner and Louis Shaner, and two sisters, Alice Waynetta Curts and Thelma Grundin.
He graduated from Toledo Barber College in 1948 and was a barber for over 58 years. He took over his father's barber shop in Celina and moved to Lima in 1964. He operated the barber shop at Northland Plaza and the shop at the American Mall. He retired in 2000. He attended Lima Community Church of the Nazarene.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Tuesday at Chamberlain-Huckeriede Funeral Home in Lima, the Rev. Jim Mason will officiate. Interment will be in Spencerville Cemetery.
Calling is 4-7 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Alzheimer's Association.
