* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Julius Feldman
Julius Feldman, 80, Hull, Mass., and Bradenton, Fla., passed away July 1, 2013, while visiting in Lille, France.  
He was the beloved husband of Delphine (Procas) Feldman; a dedicated brother to Pearl (Sam) Safti; the loving father of Rochelle (Kelly) Moore of Braintree, Mass., Jamie (Hal) Gross of Glen Rock, N.J., Jonathan Feldman of Celina, and Kathryn (Peter) Jackson of Lille, France; and a devoted and cherished grandfather to Blake and Abigail Moore, Max, Rachel, Sarah and Jake Gross and Matthew and Clarissa Jackson.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Seymour.
Born and raised in Brooklyn, N.Y., he was the first in his family to attend college. He studied engineering at City College of New York and received a master's degree in aeronautical engineering at MIT. He worked as an aeronautical engineer at MIT Instrumentation Lab and then for 36 years at Draper Laboratory in Cambridge, Mass., where he developed the guidance and navigation systems for the Apollo missions, which landed the first man on the moon.
A service to celebrate his life will be at 10:30 a.m. July 16 at Temple Israel in Boston, Mass. Burial will be in Beth Israel Cemetery in Sharron, Mass.
