* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Brad Heyne
Brad "Jeeb" Heyne, 26, Coldwater, died July 8, 2013, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
He was born Aug. 21, 1986, in Coldwater, to Robert and Teresa Tobe Heyne, who survive in Coldwater.
He is also survived by four brothers and sisters, Kyle (Jenna) Heyne of Coldwater, Amber (Blair) Temple of Celina, Aimee Heyne and Mitch Heyne, both of Coldwater, and grandparents, Leroy and Teresa Heyne of Coldwater and Paul and Ann Tobe of Coldwater.
He was a member of Holy Trinity Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus, both in Coldwater. He worked at Cotterman & Company in Minster and enjoyed sports and friends.
Because of his love for life, he chose to become a member of the Indiana Organ Procurement Organization so others could improve their quality of life.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Friday at Holy Trinity Church, Fr. Richard Walling officiating.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Coldwater.
Contributions may be given to the Neurological Center for Human Development.
