* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marguerite Baker
Marguerite C. Baker, 100, formerly of Celina, died at 9:15 p.m. June 27, 2013, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
She was born June 5, 1913, in Chattanooga to Jacob and Catherine Linn Baker.
Survivors include a brother-in-law, Robert Mousseau, Delton, Mich; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased are three brothers, Ernest Baker, Edgar Baker and Victor Baker; and two sisters, Delores Palmer and Genevieve Mousseau.
She was a housekeeper for Lillian Goldstein for 47 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Celina, the Mercer County Council on Aging and was honorary president of the Celina Flower Club.
Services are 11 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church, Celina, the Rev. Dave Dennis officiating. Burial is at St. Paul's United Church of Christ Cemetery, Rockford.
Calling is 9-11 a.m. Monday at First Presbyterian Church.
Contributions may be made to the church or Mercer County Council on Aging.
