* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Martha Mouk
Martha K. Mouk, 95, New Bremen, died at 12:16 a.m. June 26, 2013, at the Fairhaven Home in Sidney.
She was born Aug. 22, 1917, in Shelby County, to Raymond and Ethel Zedeker Knasel. On Sept. 30, 1939, she married Harold Mouk, who preceded her in death on May 20, 1985.
She is survived by her grandson, Adam Mouk of Columbus Grove, and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth and Betty Mouk, and two brothers, Chester and Marvin Knasel.
She was a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ in New Bremen. She belonged to the New Bremen Senior Citizens and the American Legion Post 241 Auxiliary of New Bremen. She enjoyed playing cards. She retired in 1981 from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen.
Graveside services are 2:30 p.m. Friday at Cedar Point Cemetery in Pasco, the Rev. Becky Erb Strang officiating.
