* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until this afternoon.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Celina elementary schools realigning

Celina High School teachers Jason Andrew, left, and John Higgins load the last few boxes from East Elementary for the move to West Elementary on Tuesday morning. School staff has been working this summer to realign East and West elementaries into a kindergarten through second grade building and a third and fourth grade building, respectively. School officials approved the change this spring to allow for better collaboration among teachers and to eliminate the East versus West mentality.
