* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Clinton Thompson
Clinton Thompson, 72, of Celina, died at 11:25 a.m. June 10, 2013, at his residence.
He was born Feb. 11, 1941, in Lee County, Va., to George C. and Laura Smith Thompson. On May 19, 1990, under the arbor he made at their home, he married Lynne Harris, who survives.
Also surviving are his daughters, Tresha (Dave) Backs of Goodlettsville, Tenn., Anessa (Mike) Stappleton of Madison, Ala., and Sherri (Sean) Killingsworth of Huber Heights; an adopted daughter, Chris (Dave) Emmons of Dayton; brothers, James Thompson of Celina and G.C. (Barb) Thompson of St. Marys; in-laws, Niles Harris of Deadwood, S.D., Sis Harris Coenen of Ketchikan, Alaska, and Trip (Wanda) Davis of Lima.    
Preceding him in death were his parents; his brothers, L.C. Thompson and Douglas Thompson; his sisters, Ruth (Rex) Parsons and Betty (Richard) Belden; and his sisters-in-law, Marge Thompson and Bette Harris Davis.
He was a house siding installer. He truly enjoyed his job and never met a home he didn't like. He most recently had worked for Doyle Homes of Lima. He enjoyed his home at Behms Landing, fishing and supplying fish for the neighborhood fish fries.
Memorial services are 2:30 p.m. Monday at Gilberg-Hartwig Funeral Home in New Bremen, the Rev. Rodney Ritchie officiating. Burial will be at a later date at the German Protestant Cemetery in New Bremen.
Calling is 1 p.m. until the time of the services at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Cancer Association of Mercer County, State of the Heart Hospice, or the charity of the donor's choice.
