* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Loraine Smith
Loraine M. Smith, 96, Tipp City and formerly of Minster, died June 9, 2013, at Heartland of Greenville.
She was born March 5, 1917, in Richmond, Ind., to Edward and Theresa Stolle Balling. On Feb. 6, 1937, she married Adolph D. Smith, who died Sept. 26, 1998.
Survivors include her children, Patricia (William) Whipp of Tipp City, Leroy (Connie) Smith of Laura, Diane (Burt) Sherman of Urbana, and Michael (Roxanne) Smith of New Bremen; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, James Smith; a brother, Anthony Balling; and a sister, Helen Van Ausdal.
She was a member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Minster, a homemaker and former co-owner (with her husband) of Hoying and Westerheide Hardware of Minster. She had also worked at General Motors Inland Division in Dayton.
Mass of Christian Burial is 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Augustine Church in Minster. Burial is at the church cemetery.
Calling is 9-10:30 a.m. Thursday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home in Minster.
