* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

John Conkle
John Conkle Jr., 74, Celina, died at 3:25 a.m. June 1, 2013, at Celina Manor Nursing Home.
He was born Oct. 24, 1938, in Auglaize County, to John Sr. and Ola M. Johnson Conkle, who preceded him in death.
He is survived by a nephew, Larry "Smoke" (Tammy) Link of Lima; four great-nephews; one great-niece; and one great-great-niece.
Deceased are two half-sisters, Leila Pierstorff and Virginia Link.
He was a retired truck driver and attended St. John Lutheran Church in Celina.
Funeral services are noon Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, the Rev. Doug Meyer officiating. Burial is set for a later date at St. Joseph Cemetery in Wapakoneta.
Calling is 10 a.m.-noon Thursday at the funeral home.
