* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Geraldine Metzger
Geraldine R. Metzger, 88, New Knoxville, died at 11:10 a.m. May 18, 2013, at St. Marys Living Center.
She was born Oct. 14, 1924, in Auglaize County, to Eugene and Lillia Weifenbach Slattery. On April 23, 1946, she married Dale Metzger, who died April 15, 1994.
She is survived by her children, Daniel (Lois) Metzger of New Knoxville, Deborah (Donald) Harting of Dayton, and Karen (Larry) Kruse of New Knoxville; her daughter-in-law, Mariann Metzger of Akron; eight grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and one sister, Imogene Mox of Delphos.
She was preceded in death by a son, Mark Metzger, and her siblings, Byron Slattery, Dana Slattery, Mary Jane Scheufler, Althea Rudebusch and Calvin Slattery.
She was a 1941 graduate of Blume High School in Wapakoneta. She retired from Brookside Laboratories in New Knoxville. She was a member of the New Knoxville United Methodist Church. She took an active role in raising funds to install an elevator at the church. She loved to play cards, spend time with her grandchildren and go polka dancing.
Services are 11:30 a.m. Saturday at New Knoxville United Methodist Church, the Rev. Dennis Gaertner officiating.
Calling is one hour prior to services Saturday at the church.
Memorial gifts may be given to the church.
