* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

George Stoner
George Franklin Stoner, 88, Celina, went to be with his heavenly Father at 8:45 p.m. May 6, 2013, at the Laurels of Shane Hill in Rockford.
He was born Oct. 27, 1924, in Liberty Township, to George Sr. and Sarah Cordier Stoner. On Sept. 9, 1951, she married Frances M. Shellabarger, who survives.
Also surviving are four sons, James (Cheryl) Stoner of Celina, John (Bobbi) Stoner of Celina, Jerry (Angela) Stoner of Celina and Thomas (Julie) Stoner of Raleigh, N.C.; two daughters, Donna (Raymond) May of Celina and Deanna (Jim) Miller of Celina; a brother, Edwin (Yvonne) Stoner of Celina; a sister, Mary Riley of Convoy; 16 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by three brothers, Russell Ferguson, Lester Ferguson and David Stoner; four sisters, Carolyn Sue VanTilburg, Rose Ann Stoner, Madonna Stoner and Lenore Hawkins; and one grandchild.
He was a retired farmer and a U.S Navy veteran of World War II. He was a former county ASCS Service Agency field reporter, a NAU Crop Insurance Adjuster for the state, and served on the Celina School Board.
He also served on the Soil and Water Conservation Board of Mercer County, was president of the Mercer County Pork Producers and a 1951 State Plow Champion in the Ohio Conference. He was an elder, teacher and superintendent at Mt. Carmel Church of God.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Friday at the church, the Revs. Mark Wakeland and Mike Spencer officiating.
Burial with military rites will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home in Celina, and one hour prior to services at the church.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice and Parkinson's Association.
