* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Mary Ann Fleck

Mary Ann Fleck, 71, Celina, left the loving care of her family at 9:38 p.m. Saturday at Lima Memorial Hospital, to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Heaven.

She was born July 19, 1941, in Celina, to Arthur and Golda Now Jeffries.

She married the love of her life, Carl E. Fleck, on Oct. 29, 1960, and celebrated 52 years of marriage last year.

Also surviving are her two daughters, Deb (Cathi) Fleck of Celina, and Diana Fleck of St. Marys, and her sister, Margery Rush of St. Marys.

She was preceded in death by her brothers and sister-in-law, Robert Jeffries, Dallas Jeffries, Donald (Rose) Jeffries, and her brother-in-law, Donald Rush.

She graduated from Celina High School with the class of 1959. She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina. She retired from The Daily Standard in 2003. She loved flower gardening and mowing the yard and was always there for a friend.

Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, Fr. Kenneth Alt officiating. Burial will follow at Mercer Memory Gardens in Celina.

Calling is 4-8 p.m. Tuesday and before 10 a.m. Wednesday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.

Memorials may be given to the Heart Association or the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
