COLDWATER - Coldwater Athletic Boosters unveiled future plans to renovate Cavalier Stadium during a board of education meeting Tuesday evening.
Kevin Gilliland, a boosters board member and former president, described the current plan as a "first draft." It includes renovated/updated restrooms and concession stands and a new multi-functional building for, but not limited to, locker rooms, batting cages and storage. [More]

Woman hurt in crash on a mission to stop cellphone use while driving
NEW BREMEN - Jacy Good, a 26-year-old who walks with a limp and deals with residual weakness on her left side due to a tragic traffic accident, is on a mission to stop the use of cellphones while driving.
CELINA - The city expended nearly 35 percent of its annual general fund appropriations or $2.6 million during the first three months of 2013.
City administrators ascribed the 10 percent spike to recent transfers from the general fund, including the creation of three savings accounts.
