* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ginny Forthofer
Virginia R. "Ginny" Forthofer, 90, of Russia, died at 8:05 p.m. April 17, 2013, at Heritage Manor Nursing Center, Minster.
She was born April 24, 1922, in Newport to John and Mary Moorman Perin. She married Lawrence F. Forthofer on April 24, 1946 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Newport. He preceded her in death on Jan. 4, 2000.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Peg and Dan Ranly, Minster; grandchildren, Kim and Pat McGinnis, Toledo, Keith and Janel Ranly, Sidney, and Krista and Scott Paulowski, Marysville; great-grandchildren, Maddie, Shawn and Alyssa; brothers and sisters, Eileen and Ralph Boerger, New Bremen, Rosalie DeLoye, Newport, and the Rev. Glen Perin, West Milton; in-laws, Esther Perin, New Bremen, and Vee Presas, Fort Loramie.
She was preceded in death by brothers, Carl Perin, Mike Perin and Paul Perin, and brothers-in-law, Bob DeLoye and Art Presas.
She was a member of St. Remy Catholic Church, Russia, the Ladies Sodality of the Church and 4th degree of the Knights of Columbus, Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting afghans, tending flowers, playing cards and spending time with her grandchildren. She was the owner/operator of Forthofer IGA in Russia with her husband.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Remy Catholic Church, the Rev. Frank Amberger celebrant.
Calling is 3-7 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Russia. Burial will take place in St. Remy Cemetery.
