* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Dilworth
Betty Ann Dilworth, 94, Fort Recovery, passed away at 9:25 a.m. April 17, 2013, at Versailles Health Care Center.
She was born at St. Luke's Maternity Hospital in Racine, Wisc., on Dec. 10, 1918. Her parents were Floss Ashcraft and Harry Arlington Trout. She married Francis "Lefty" Dilworth on Jan. 31, 1941, in the Church of Christ Parsonage, Lima, the Rev. Simon Davidian officiating. Francis passed away in 1991.
Survivors include her children, Keith (Rena) of Richmond, Ind., Portia (David) Halterman of Port Charlotte, Fla., Kevin of Houston, Texas, and Kirk of Fort Recovery; 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, Kent Dilworth, who died Aug. 9, 2012; a baby daughter, Patsy, who died in 1942; and twin brothers, Bill and Bob Trout.
In early years, her family resided in Palm Beach, Fla., and San Antonio, Texas. They later returned to Ohio, and Betty graduated from Fort Recovery High School in 1937. She worked for Union Circulation Company in New York City and the J.J. Newberry Company in Lima.
Betty was a past president of Business Professional Women's Club, Parent Teacher's Association and Fort Recovery High School Alumna. She was a member of the Association for Research and Enlightenment, Virginia Beach, Va., and a charter member of Pi Kappa Phi, Ladies Poetry Society, Lima.
She was a society editor and reporter for the former Fort Recovery Journal and other area newspapers. As a freelance writer, Betty received many awards for her poetry and articles. She also was a former deputy registrar and sales associate for Herbert Franke Realty. She was retired from Fort Recovery Industries.
Visitation will be 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery. Burial will follow visitation in Greene Park Cemetery, Portland, Ind.
Memorials may be given to the Fort Recovery Alumna Association.
