* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Members of the Minster Rocket Club hold the 10-foot rocket they designed and built to compete at a NASA Student Launch Initiative April 20 in Huntsville, Ala. The team - one of 25 selected from around the country - has spent eight months preparing for the event.
