* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Cecelia Subler
Cecelia Margaret Subler, 96, Frenchtown, passed away at 10 p.m. April 8, 2013, at Otterbein St. Marys.
She was born May 26, 1916, in Darke County to Leonard "L.O." and Margaret Henry Barga. On June 29, 1940, she married Bernard Franklin Subler, who died Oct. 6, 1987.
Cecelia is survived by sons, Ronald (Marie Gouin) Subler of New Hampshire, George (Kathy) Subler of Versailles and William (Mary) Subler of Moore, S.C.; daughters, Joan (Jerry) Knapke of Hamler and Jayne (Mike) Schlater of St. Marys; 13 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; brothers, James (Carolyn) Barga of Versailles and Robert (JoAnn) Barga of Tipton, Ind.; sisters, Rosella Braun of Coldwater and Martha (Tom) Murphy of Piqua; sisters-in-law, Alma Kissinger of Versailles and Ruth Monnin of Beavercreek; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Deceased are brothers, Gerald "Cy", Francis "Bill" and Luke Barga, and a sister, Mildred Thobe.
Cecelia was a homemaker. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown and St. Ann Sodality.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church in Frenchtown, the Rev. David Vincent celebrant. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery, Frenchtown.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-10 a.m. Monday at Bailey Zechar Funeral Home in Versailles.
Memorial contributions may be given to Grand Lake Hospice in St. Marys or Versailles Emergency Medical Services.
