* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Deane McMillen
Deane D. McMillen, 85, Willshire, died at 2:48 a.m. April 7, 2013,at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center, where he had been a patient for four days.
He was born April 10, 1927, in Adams County, Ind., to Glenn and Berniece Nuttle McMillen. On Nov. 20, 1947, he married Hazel A. Strickler in Willshire, and she survives.
Surviving are four sons, Terry (Beckie) McMillen of Rockford, Tim McMillen of Willshire, Mick (Julie) McMillen of Convoy and Tony (Kelly) McMillen of Fort Wayne, Ind.; a daughter, Teresa Bischoff of Angleton, Texas; seven grandchildren, Betsy Schoenleben, Kelly Sipe, Andy McMillen, Courtnee McMillen, Lindy Bilimek, Stephanie Coyne and Megan McMillen; and 11 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard "Dick" and Robert "Bob" McMillen.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #207 in Willshire. He was a veteran of the United States Army, having served during World War II. He retired from International Harvester in 1982 after 25 years of service. Prior to International Harvester he had worked at the Schaefer Glove Company and also built several homes in the area with his brother, Dick.
Funeral services are 2 p.m. Wednesday at Zwick and Jahn Funeral Home, Decatur, Ind., the Revs. Mark Rutledge and Brad Kiddle officiating. Burial will follow at Willshire Cemetery. Military graveside honors will be conducted by the American Legion Post #207 of Willshire.
Calling is 2-4 and 5-7 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Wren-Willshire EMS, Praise Point Church or Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
