* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Larry Sattler
Larry Sattler, 62, Celina, died at 7:45 a.m. March 31, 2013, at his home.
He was born July 21, 1950, in Carson City, Mich., to Leonard J. and Josephine Babe Hiner Sattler, who both are deceased. On Oct. 5, 1968, he married Barbara Hawkey, who survives in Celina.
Also surviving are a son, Scott (Amy) Sattler of Celina; two brothers, Donald D. (Rusti) Sattler of St. Louis, Mich., and Daniel (Dawn) Sattler of Farrwell, Mich.; three sisters, Shelly (Ron) Kipp of Carson City, Mich., Georgia (Dave) Fedewa of Perrinton, Mich., and Debbie (Ron) Schrader of DeWitt, Mich.; many nieces and nephews; and three grandchildren, Kollin, Kalynn and Kole.
He was preceded in death by his stepfather, Cecil Henry; a brother, Ronald Sattler; his mother-in-law and father-in-law, Charles (Rosemary) Hawkey; and his sister-in-law, Sherrie Sattler.
He formerly owned Mid Way Trailer Sales. He also was a member of the NRA, Ducks Unlimited, the Mercer County Sportsman Club, and a drag-racing member of the NHRA.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Neal Whitney officiating. Burial will be at a later date at Mercer Memory Gardens.
Calling is 2-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Hospice.
