* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Gloria Barnett
Gloria J. Barnett, 71, formerly of Spencerville and Celina, died March 27, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center. She had been a resident of the Cridersville Health Care Center for two years.
She was born June 1, 1941, in St. Marys, to Orley William and Blanche Evelyn Kundert Schaffer.
Surviving are a daughter, Susan E. Barnett of Whitley City, Ky.; two grandchildren, Christin R. Hatfield and Brandon H. Barnett; and five siblings, Lester (Becky) Schaffer of Celina, Connie Orchard of St. Marys, Barbara (Rick) Reineke of St. Marys, Marilyn (Sam Paul) Schaffer of Celina and James (Christine) Schaffer of Waynesfield.
Deceased are an infant son, James B. Collins, and an infant brother, David Wayne Schaffer.
She retired in 1984 from Copeland Corp. in Sidney, where she had worked in repair for 17 years.
Funeral services are 10:30 a.m. Saturday in the Thomas E. Bayliff Funeral Home, Spencerville, the Rev. Patrick Bayman officiating. Burial will follow at Spencerville Cemetery.
Calling is 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Cridersville Health Care Activities Fund.
