* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Norbert Stelzer
Norbert F. Stelzer, 91, St. Henry, died March 11, 2013, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
He was born Nov. 24, 1921, in Carthagena, to John and Bernadine Wuebker Stelzer. On June 26, 1946, he married Adele Brunswick, who died Oct. 1, 2010.
Surviving are four children, Gary (Linda) Stelzer of Coldwater, Joan (Dave) Homan of Hoagland, Ind., Betty (Dan) Bills of Celina and Kathy (Jim) Naseman of St. Henry; 14 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren; and brothers and sisters, Werner Stelzer of Celina, Butch Geiese of Coldwater, Sis Puthoff of Chickasaw and John (Ruth) Stelzer of St. Henry.
He was preceded in death by brothers and sisters, Elenora Schockman, Henry Stelzer, Florian Stelzer, Ludwina Bergman, Delphina Quinter, Bill Stelzer and Francis Stelzer.
He was a World War II Army veteran and member of the Coldwater V.F.W and St. Henry Catholic Church. He was retired from PET, Inc. in Coldwater.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Friday at St. Henry Catholic Church, St. Henry. Burial with military rites will follow in St. Henry Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Thursday and 9-10 a.m. Friday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, St. Henry.
Memorials may be made to the Briarwood Activity Fund.
