* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Anna Marie Homan
Anna Marie Homan, 90, Celina, died March 7, 2013, at Briarwood Village, Coldwater.
She was born July 10, 1922, in Celina to Christian and Elizabeth Eischen Homan.
Surviving are three nephews, Mike (Carol) Homan of Englewood, Chuck Homan of Tipp City and David (Pam) Hicks of Fort Recovery; and a niece, Lugene Homan of Centerville.
Deceased are two sisters, Madonna Homan and Luella Homan; two brothers, Walter (Esther) Homan and Wilfred (Kate) Homan; two nephews, Tom Homan and Ron Homan; and a niece, Deb Homan.
She graduated from the former Immaculate Conception High School in Celina and worked at the former Mersman Brothers, Inc., Celina.
She was a member of the St. Anthony Catholic Church, St. Anthony, as well as the Altar Sodality at the church. She also was a volunteer at the Center for Neurological Development, Burkettsville.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Anthony Catholic Church, the Rev. Richard Walling officiant.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday and 9-9:45 a.m. Monday at Brockman-Boeckman Funeral Home, Fort Recovery.
Memorials may be given to the Center for Neurological Development, Burkettsville.
