* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...St. Marys River at Rockford.
* WHEN...Until Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 4:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 12.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this evening. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

Jeanette Watercutter
Jeanette M. Watercutter, 74, Fort Loramie, passed away of natural causes March 6, 2013, at her home.
She was born Aug. 7, 1938, in Newport, to August C. and Eulena M. Grilliot Sherman. On May 10, 1958, at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church in Newport, she married Orville "Bud" C. Watercutter, who survives.
Also surviving are five children, Bruce (Jean) Watercutter of Newport, Cheryl (Larry) Pierron of Versailles, Brenda (Bruce) Brackman of Fort Loramie, Lynn (Gary) Baumer of McCartyville, and Denise (Brian) Barlage of Fort Loramie; 14 grandchildren; two siblings, Marlene (Jeff) Jarboe of Battleground, Ind., and Richard (Marilyn) Sherman of Russia; and sisters and brothers-in-law, Phyllis Poeppelman of Fort Loramie, Connie Watercutter of Anna, and Louis (Mary Ann) Grieshop of Versailles.
She was a 1956 graduate of Fort Loramie High School. She was a member of St. Michael Catholic Church and had been active in St. Ann's Ladies Sodality. She was a homemaker, and had been a Heritage Manor bingo group volunteer. An avid Ohio State and Reds sports fan, she enjoyed camping, fishing, traveling, playing cards, crochet, baking, a good game of marbles and especially her family and beloved grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Saturday at St. Michael Church in Fort Loramie, the Revs. Steven Shoup and Dan Schmitmeyer officiating. Interment will follow at St. Michael's Cemetery.
Calling is 3-8 p.m. Friday and 9-10 a.m. Saturday at Gehret Funeral Home in Fort Loramie.
Memorials may be made to Wilson Hospice Care, the Fort Loramie Rescue Squad, or OSU James Cancer Hospital.
