* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.
* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Showers and thunderstorms producing heavy rain will impact the area overnight. Rainfall totals of 1 to 3 inches are expected with locally higher amounts. The heavy rain combined with saturated ground will lead to potential flash flooding.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Chris Reichert
Chris Michael Reichert, 55, Lexington, Ky., passed away unexpectedly Feb. 24, 2013.
He is survived by his love and best friend, Kathy Collins; daughter, Sara Reichert (Brian) Murrell; son, Waylon (ChVonne) Reichert; grandchildren, Breckon and Brooks Reichert; brothers, Steve (Patricia) Reichert and Michael (Frannye) Reichert; niece, Erin Reichert; and nephews, Zachary, Zane, Zebedee and Zekiel Reichert, all of Ohio.
Also deceased are his parents, Arnold and Berniece Reichert of Montezuma.
He had a big heart full of love for his family, who loved him as much. He will be missed and fondly remembered by the Collins family.
Graduating Celina High School in 1975 and Heidelberg University in 1979 and inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame for both, he still holds basketball records at Heidelberg for career high field goals made and attempted and rebounds and is third all-time leading scorer. He also was named two-time all-Ohio Athletic Conference. Until recently, he held the Division II baseball career strikeout record. He was a longtime loyal employee of Reynolds & Reynolds.
Calling was Thursday at Kerr Brothers Funeral Home, Lexington, Ky., followed by a brief service.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Jessamine Humane Society. Chris will forever be loved and his memory cherished.
