Erma Nevergall
Erma L. Nevergall, 86, Mendon, passed away Feb. 7, 2013, at St. Rita's Hospital, Lima.
She was born Aug. 16, 1926, in Lima, to Carl and Daisy Jennings. On Jan. 1, 1948, she married Homer F. Nevergall.
She is survived by two children, Steve (Kathy) Nevergall of Celina, and Sandra (Steve) Houser of Mendon; a sister, Shirley Jacomet of Lima; seven grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband; daughter, Sue Nevergall; grandson, David Houser; brother, Roger (Ruth) Jennings; and sister, Evelyn Jennings.
She was a resident of Roselawn Manor in Spencerville for the last few years. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and was a homemaker and devoted wife. Erma loved spending time with friends playing bingo and loving life. She always had a smile on her face and will be terribly missed by her family.
Graveside services will be provided by Pastor Randy Christian at 3 p.m. Tuesday at the Mendon Cemetery on state Route 707.
