Doris Moeller
Doris (Muhlenkamp) Moeller, 87, Celina, passed away at 2:12 p.m. Feb. 3, 2013, at the Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
She was born Dec. 1, 1925, in Trinity, Ind., to Henry and Frances Hess Muhlenkamp. On Jan. 11, 1947, she married Richard Moeller, who died May 15, 2008.
Surviving are her children, Janet Lefeld of Coldwater, Diana (Steve) Piehl of Cincinnati, Judy (Short) Wilker of Celina, Dick (Karen) Moeller of Dayton and Steve (Linda) Moeller of Maria Stein; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mary Kriegel of Celina.
She was preceded in death by her sisters, Alvera (Herman) Dietering and Cleo Muhlenkamp; brothers, Herbert (Asella) Muhlenkamp, Leonard (Eulalia) Muhlenkamp, Harold (Rita) Muhlenkamp, Ralph (Joletta) Muhlenkamp, Victor (Agnes) Muhlenkamp, Cornelius (Rose) Muhlenkamp, Paul (Dorothy) Muhlenkamp and Urban (Erma) Muhlenkamp; two grandchildren; a son–in-law, Ernest Lefeld; and her brother-in-law, Ed Kriegel.
She was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Celina, the I.C. Rosary Altar Sodality and the Ladies Auxiliary of the Knights of St. John.
A Mass of Christian Burial is 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, the Rev. Kenneth Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at St. Marys Catholic Cemetery in Celina.
Calling is 2-8 p.m Wednesday and before 10 a.m. Thursday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home in Celina.
Memorial contributions may be made to State of the Heart Home Health Care and Hospice in Memory of Ty Boeckman.
