* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Marvin Kishler
Marvin B. Kishler, 91, formerly of St. Marys, died at 10:25 a.m. Jan. 31, 2013, at St. Marys Living Center.
He was born April 14, 1921, in St. Marys to Willis and Mary Clover Kishler, who are deceased. On Oct. 20, 1945, he was married in San Diego, Calif., to Betty A. Behm, who died March 29, 2003.
Surviving are two sons, Bruce (Fredrica) Kishler, Van Wert, and John (Michelle) Kishler, Celina; five grandchildren, Scott Kishler, Christine Bakle, Jessica Kishler, Claire Gau and Amanda Nester; five great-grandchildren, Alex and Patrick Bakle, Owen Gau, Tristen Nester, Brooke Gau.
Deceased are a brother, W. Jack Kishler, and two sisters, Clover Louise Kishler and Mary Jo Knobel.
He was a 1938 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School and a graduate of DePaul University in Chicago, Ill., where he played college football. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy, having served during World War II. He retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. in St. Marys, where he was a chemical engineer. He was a member of Wayne Street United Methodist Church in St. Marys and St. Marys Outing Club (Idlewild). His favorite pastime was playing golf.
Funeral services are 3 p.m. Tuesday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys. Burial, with full graveside military rites, will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 1-3 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
