* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

George Black
George N. Black, 80, Coldwater, died Jan. 30, 2013, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
He was born June 10, 1932, in Coldwater, to William and Florence Houser Black. On April 27, 1957, he married Loretta Caldwell, who is deceased.
He is survived by seven children, Thomas (Chris) Black of Auburn, Ind., Roger (Vicki) Black of St. Marys, Robert Black of Celina, Ed Black of Coldwater, Roy Black of Coldwater, Connie (Dean) Yaney of Celina, and Brenda (Tom) Haynes of Coldwater; 19 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Betty Black of Rockford.
He was preceded in death by a daughter, Florence Ann Black, five brothers and one sister.
He was a member of the Coldwater American Legion Post #470 and the Coldwater Eagles.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. on Saturday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater. Burial with military rites will follow in Swamp College Cemetery, Celina.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. today and 10-11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
