* WHEN...From 7 PM EDT this evening through Monday morning.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Emmett Shoup
Emmett H. Shoup Jr., 70, St. Marys, died Jan. 23, 2013, at St. Rita's Medical Center, Lima.
He was born Oct. 3, 1942, in Moulton, to Emmett and Evelyn Katter Shoup Sr. He married Sandra K. Moots on May 25, 1963, and she survives.
He is also survived by his two children, Barbara A. Shoup of St. Marys and Jeffrey L. Shoup of St. Marys; two brothers, Darrell (Judy) Shoup of Wapakoneta, and Charles (Ann) Shoup of Wapakoneta; three sisters-in-law, Carolyn Moots of Cridersville, Dixie Moots of St. Marys and Nancy (Tom) Fortman of St. Marys; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and two brothers-in-law, Jack Moots and Terry Moots.
He was a 1960 graduate of St. Marys Memorial High School. He retired from Dana Corporation, having served as a facilities/project manager on the division staff. He lived in various places in the U.S. while serving with Dana Corp.
He was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in St. Marys, Eagles Lodge 767 and Northmoor Country Club, where he loved golfing and being with his friends. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed gardening, hunting and playing cards.
Funeral rites are 2 p.m. Sunday at Miller Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Bill Maki officiant. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memory Gardens near Moulton.
Calling is noon until 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorial gifts may be given to Grand Lake Home Health.
