Pioneer fun

Marion Local fourth-grader Wesley Bruns learns how a Jacobs ladder works. The folk toy consists of blocks of wood held together by ribbons. When the ladder is held at one end, the blocks appear to cascade downward. The fourth-graders last week learned about pioneer life.
