* WHERE...Portions of Indiana, including the following counties, Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Ripley, Union and Wayne and Ohio, including the following counties, Adams, Auglaize, Brown, Butler, Champaign, Clark, Clermont, Clinton, Darke, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Hardin, Highland, Hocking, Licking, Logan, Madison, Mercer, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Pike, Preble, Ross, Scioto, Shelby, Union and Warren.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

James Bruns
James E. Bruns, 65, of Celina, died Dec. 27, 2012, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
He was born April 14, 1947, in Celina, to Clarence and Velma Heitkamp Bruns. His mother survives in Maria Stein. On Feb. 21, 1968, he married Carolyn Brand, who survives.
Other survivors are two children, Scott (Elaine) Bruns, Maria Stein, and Stephanie (John) Kremer, Montezuma; six siblings, Jerold (Sandy) Bruns, Maria Stein, Marlene (Ron) Tuente, Osgood, Shirley Hopple of Illinois, and Bonnie (Brian) Dahlinghaus, Ron Bruns and Pam (Jim) Fleck, all of Maria Stein; 11 in-laws, Jane Brand, Dayton, Joan (Mark) Gaasjolen, of Florida, George (Marsha) Brand, Dayton, Ivan (Linda) Brand, Versailles, Rita (Mark) Hoffman, Dayton, Barbara (Kurt) Anderson, Waynesville, Damian (Deb) Brand, Osgood, Diane (John) Kahlig, Coldwater, Eddie (Judy) Brand, Osgood, Kenny (Tina) Brand, Versailles, and Freddy (Christy) Brand, Dayton; and five grandchildren.
Deceased are in-laws, Fredrick and Cordula Brand.
He was retired from Crown Equipment Corp., New Bremen. He was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Montezuma, the Celina Moose, Southshore Sportsman's Club, Mopar Village Car Club and the Mercer County Liberty Group.
Funeral Mass is 1 p.m. Monday at St. John Catholic Church, Maria Stein, the Rev. Gene Schnipke officiating. Burial will follow at the church cemetery.
Calling is 1 to 7 p.m. Sunday and 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday at Hogenkamp Funeral Home, Coldwater.
