* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Betty Jordan
Betty Jordan, 88, St. Marys, died Dec. 17, 2012, at her home.
She was born Jan. 22, 1924, in St. Marys, to Dr. George and Mildred Mack Place. On June 10, 1945, she married Robert Jordan, who died April 30, 2006.
Surviving are her son, Gregory (Joyce) Jordan, Phoenix, Ariz., two daughters, Linda Jordan Ruane, St. Marys, and Marsha (Dave) Sandkuhl, Phoenix, Ariz.; a brother, George William Place, St. Marys; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Also deceased is a brother, Dr. Robert Place.
She graduated in 1941 from St. Marys Memorial High School, and then earned a bachelor's degree in education from The Ohio State University.
She taught English at McBroom Jr. High School, St. Marys, and was a member of the Wayne Street United Methodist Church, St. Marys.
Funeral rites are 10:30 a.m.. Saturday at Miller-Long & Folk Funeral Home, St. Marys, the Rev. Vincent Lavieri officiating. Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery, St. Marys.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to the Benevolent Fund at Otterbein, St. Marys.
