* IMPACTS...At 13.0 feet, State Route 117 near Route 118 north of Rockford is water-covered and closed.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:40 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to fall slowly this afternoon, falling below flood stage later this evening. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Rea Chapman
Rea Almeda Chapman, 79, St. Henry, died at 1:20 a.m. Dec. 17, 2012, at the Gardens, Celina.
She was born June 27, 1933, in Carpenter to Verlin and Frances Cain Howery. On Jan. 29, 1955, she married Ralph R. Chapman, who survives.
Also surviving are her children, Rick (Ginny) Chapman, Estero, Fla., Ronda (Stu) Kahn, Fort Wayne, Ind., Randi (Tim) Pheiffer, Germantown, Robin (Chris) May, St. Henry, Regina (Chris) Nelms, Spring Valley, Rhett (Chandra) Chapman, Germantown; a brother, Rodney (Marilyn) Howery, Albany; and 13 grandchildren.
Deceased is her brother, Ray Howery.
She graduated in 1949 from Carpenter High School.
Private funeral services will be held at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, the Rev. Richard Van Horn officiant.
Memorials may be given to State of the Heart Home Health and Hospice, the Cancer Association of Mercer County or the Alzheimer's Association.
