* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Ralph Weatherholt
Ralph "Galen" Weatherholt, 71, Elkhart, Ind., died Dec. 12, 2012, at Memorial Hospital, South Bend, Ind.
He was born Nov. 4, 1941, in Wells County, Ind., to Ralph and Mabel Foust Weatherholt. On Feb. 13, 1960, he married Marilyn Jean Case, who survives.
Also surviving are three sons, Lonnie (Denise) Weatherholt, Elkhart, Ind., Ronnie (Amy) Weatherholt, Goshen, Ind., and Donnie (Kristen) Weatherholt, Osceola, Ind.; two daughters, Bonnie (Vince) Nickerson, Titusville, Fla., and Connie (Aaron) Ebenroth, Goshen, Ind.; four sisters, Mary Blair, Culpert, Texas, Joyce (Jim) Pace, Plano, Texas, Carol (Dee) Schwartzkoff, Hartford City, Ind., and Kay Huffman, Poneto, Ind.; 11 grandchildren; five stepgrandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and six stepgreat-grandchildren.
Deceased are four brothers, Dwayne, Billy Joe, Sherman and Joey Weatherholt, and a sister, Rosalie Downhour.
He graduated from Chester Center High School and worked 52 years as a truck driver, spending 20 years at Case Leasing of Celina and 32 years with LaSalle-Bristol.
He served on the original board of directors for Concord Little League and formerly served as vice president of the Concord Booster Club. He was a member of the Elkhart Canadian Hunt Club.
Calling is noon-4 p.m. Sunday at Stemm-Lawson-Peterson Funeral Home, Elkhart, Ind., with a celebration of life at 4 p.m.
Memorials may be given to Victory Junction, an organization for children with chronic medical conditions.
