* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Nora Smith
Nora Lee Smith, 82, Celina, died at 4:47 p.m. Dec. 9, 2012, at Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center.
She was born Oct. 25, 1930, in Center Township, to Dale and Lenora Burd Snavely. On July 8, 1950, she married Ronald Smith, who survives.
Also surviving are her sons, Dale (Donna) Smith, Celina, and Beth Ann (Kelly) Hoffman, Celina; a sister, Bonnie Hume, Celina; four grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
She graduated from Neptune High School in 1948 and was a member of Grace Missionary Church, Celina. She also was a homemaker.
Funeral services are 11 a.m. Thursday at Cisco Funeral Home, Celina, the Revs. Bruce Head and Tony Richmond officiating. Burial will follow at Neptune Cemetery.
Calling is 4-8 p.m. Wednesday and 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Van Wert Inpatient Hospice Center & Community Health Professionals.
