* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 12:40 PM EDT Sunday the stage was 13.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.0 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage just after midnight tonight. - Flood stage is 13.0 feet.

Carl Porter
Carl Gene Porter, 72, Celina, died at 10:40 p.m. Dec. 5, 2012, at Miami Valley Hospital, Dayton.
He was born Dec. 24, 1939, in Columbus, to Carl and Emily Woods Porter. On June 18, 1966, he married Barbara Barnett, who survives.
Also surviving are his sons, Jason (Michelle) Porter, Celina, Darren (Heather) Porter, Celina, and Todd (Lauren) Porter, Bluffton; his daughter, Emily (Jeff) Adams, Tipp City; and six grandchildren.
He graduated in 1957 from Circleville High School and received his degree in business finance in 1961 from The Ohio State University.
He served as a sergeant in the Air Force National Guard during the Vietnam War and was a member of the Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, the Celina American Legion Post #210, and the Celina Moose Lodge.
Funeral services are 10 a.m. Monday at Bethany United Methodist Church, Celina, the Rev. John Exman officiating. Military honors will follow at the church.
Calling is 2-6 p.m. Sunday at Lehman-Hogenkamp-Dzendzel Funeral Home, Celina, and 9-10 a.m. Monday at the church.
American Legion Post membership services are 6 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
Memorials may be given to Bethany United Methodist Church memorial fund.
